Champions are not made in the gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them, a desire, a dream, a vision. They have the ability to transform that vision into reality.

This goes for ANYTHING!

That’s why discipline is so important. It doesn’t mean you won’t fail or struggle, but every time you learn from your mistakes and continue to move forward, no matter what.

Discipline is an essential trait for success because it helps you achieve your personal and professional goals in life.  “It’s easy to think that you don’t need discipline when you’re young.

You feel invincible and are never afraid to take risks that could lead to something great – or even disastrous.”  “But as time goes on, it becomes more difficult for many people. They start taking the easy way out by not working hard, and they begin forming bad habits.”

1. First and foremost, understand that you can do this.

4.  Change your environment to make yourself more disciplined. If you’re tempted to play video games, get off the couch and go for a jog or work on your hobby instead (whatever it is that’s productive).
